Its because when catching someone speeding you can arrest them... But it would be better if instead of giving speeders wanted level they should loose 200$ or something which would be given to traffic officer (cuz who likes arresting 1 WL crims)...

That's right, but they get money as the speed amount.
ex: when you catch someone with 90 speed you get $275
      when you catch someone with 130 speed you get $400

Even though I dont play much as a traffic officer, I have heared this from many traffic officers, So I think this will be a good idea, the traffic officer should be a minimum of 100$ or according to the speed.

On the other hand, it can be abused too.

The money will be taken from their friend. Instead of doing this, the friend can just transfer money to the cop lol.

High speeders should pay money, not get stars. It's annoying sometimes you get 1 star from no where and then /fine doesn't work.

I like it because it is impossible to catch them after youve taken a pic. This would make the job a lot more unique, not just another cop skin.

Detectives are getting additional salary, that it would be fair to traffic cops to have one. That the reason why I posted "Fair enought face".

When you take a photo of someone speeding, that means you have the prove that shows who is the speeder, that's why you must get money.

Well it can be abused once every 10 minutes but thats pointless for a small bit of money.
