Updating the /codes panel

Hello, Today I wanted to suggest updating the codes panel because removed ARs are still useable in /e . If u do /e !GT, or !CY, it will work, but the new ARs such as LS Junkyard aren't useable. This is a SS of the /codes panel.

- Added some missing law codes and removed redundant ones from '/codes'. (Danzy + Culph)
