When I make a skin for team members, do I have to pay for the server?

No. You make the design of the skin for them, right? They pay you for the design, and they deal with the donation.

if you mean you want a custom skin to your group, then yes you pay

well before allelse u'll have to start a whole new topic to ask another question, and in your case the txd file (the img) is bugged double check it.
