Upload the picture somewhere > right click on the picture > "Copy image address"
then use that link you copied (the direct link) and put it in your profile
The link should end with .jpg .jpeg .png

Put this link instead because it ends with ".jpeg"

You can also download your photo first then upload anywhere like discord, imgur, pilo etc.
