These days I used to play normally but today I faced this problem.
'VF #33 server blocks NetLimiter - Remove NLsvc.exe autostart / unistall'

It exactly states the problem. You're running a NetLimiter of somesort. Remove it or disable it.

I rly don't know how to do it can u help me where I can find this 'netlimiter'.

This is something related to an MSI motherboard if you have one which can solved by uninstalling something called Cfos netlimiter which is brought automatically by some MSI motherboards. Although this can solve the problem, it is only solved temporarily as it keeps reinstalling itself everytime you restart your PC.
