Title: Modded skins are shown as defaults

Hello,

I've been getting this issue since yesterday if I'm not mistaken, in which modded skins (such as ID39 and more) are appearing as defaults.
I've tried reinstalling MTA and removing the CITskinMods folder, but I'm still getting the same issue.

This is what I get when I equip the skin ID39:

Also, whenever I connect to the server, I get this issue:

I'm posting once again since I'm unable to edit my previous post.

Next to the mentioned issue above, both my weapons and cars are shown as defaults as well.

Try connecting to CIT from the server browser to see if it fixes your problem.

I had to wait for a few minutes while being in-game so that the skins can reload.

You can lock this and thanks Vampire for your help.
