hello guys , hope you doing well once again !
Well ! , Today I come with idea that can help Medics and less disturbing for Cops and Criminals in CnR ; which is to make medics get hidden or ghosted when they are near a fight or wanted criminal like in CE , so the medic don't have to worry about blocking any one and able to heal.
well you migh tell me to just wait till one of them die and go to heal him , well I saw many Medics go to heal two players are fighting and it ended up with him blocking other players and getting reported for that and some of this players are just new players.
and also when CE-AR's end the medic will be visible again and the criminals and cops will try to fight and escape and the medic still think that they can't see him , and even some times.
Attention : this idea might be abused by some players like a medic and his friend abuse the healing feature to get better advantage in fights ; for both side since you can disable which side that you don't want to heal.
so if this suggest seem preferred by the Community I will suggest some limitation to that case

Well medics do engage and affect a fight's outcome when it comes to healing, which means that the individual's (medic's) ped must have collision status, which means they should block incoming fire, touch-block a player's aim e.t.c.

I'm not really a fan of this "going invisible or ghost" thing. It is acceptable in CEs considering the fact that nothing happens in CEs except two large amount of players attacking each other ceaselessly (Where pvp exceedingly overrides other aspects of the server, roleplay being one of them). But I am not really interested in having ghost medics at the main dimension. I will go with a negative :cros:

Of course I will be upvoting such a suggestion. Players have been complaining since ages about the medics blocking issue. This solution can fix such issues and ensure a fair fight between both the teams, cops and criminals, without some new player medics blocking while having no clue what they are doing.

At this point the entire game will be too easy because the few little things left to give stuffs a challenge is being suggested to be removed.
They are not always an obstacle. Consider it as them blocking so you can somewhat escape a situation, its a good and bad if you look at it.
I think it should stay like this seeing that medics aren't even always at CE's as they used to. :cros:

Medics are having a huge role in AR's and CE's and none can deny that, And making them hidden in these events will be great, I'm positive.

I'm actually not really enthusiast about having invisible criminals in the main dim streets as they usually get involved with patrols & activities and they ought to be always visible. Would have been better if only collisionless though. Neutral.

Personally I think it is quite a bad idea. I think it is very useful to be able to see the medics in an AR / CE event so you can go towards the medic for healing. I think if you make the medics invisable people will appear to just get healed out of "thin air" and it will just be an utterly confusing messy event. I sometimes like to go medic and help my cop / criminal friends and it would just make the experience worse if they can't see me.

I like the idea tbh. It can be quite frustrating when medic's engage in a fight because they can block you while fighting. But you cant blame them, this is their job, so adding this would benefit both sides. I might be dumb or smth but I don't see why this can be abused 「(゚ペ) :tick:

This one is great for both sides as we be crying so hard cuz of the blocking so any idea to reduce blocking is really helpful a huge up vote here :tick:

There's a criminal team side mission "Can you delivery these drugs for me?" in which, if there is a cop nearby, you gain wanted level for getting spotted by the cop. We can use a similar kind of script for medics i.e. if there is a wanted player from Criminal Team within a radius of X meters AND if there is a player from Police Service within a radius of X meters, the same thing will happen to medics like when they enter an active Armed Robbery. @LuaR
