Hello,
I have a weird problem with CIT server as it doesn't fell smooth, especially when I rotate mouse, watch objects while moving by, or driving by. It fells like buildings and objects I drive by dont flow away smooth and video interrupts for 1 second. My fps is mostly at 60, ping under 50.
I play way more demanding games like gta 5 online but dont encounter such problem. I tried to do changes on nvidia panel, set vsync on/off/fast, reinstalled the game but still the same. Can you assist me with that? Thanks alot ;)

About ur fps problem it's propably because u forgot to edit ur fps limit from /settings, but still it wont be that smooth as you know it's an old game dont expect it to be smooth like gta V or any new game

First of all, make sure your graphic card driver is updated.
Secondly, I’ve got two questions for you:
1. Does your issue occur whenever you try logging in CIT server or in-general?
2. If in-general, have you ever tried using borderless keep res via MTA Settings?
If it’s CIT-related, then remove the entire CIT resources folder through MTA San Andreas > Mods > Deathmatch > Delete "resources" folder.
Plus, you may check the following guide too: https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=158399.msg5283314#msg5283314
Hopefully it helps you fixing the issue. If not, keep us up to date please with providing screen-shots of the error messages you get once connecting, so we might diagnose and solve it.

I set max fps to 60, min set to 55, but still the same. As far as the game release date, I know its an old one, but gta sa sp seems much smoother. Anyways, thanks for help, maybe upcoming updates will fix this. :thumb:
Good luck!

Servers fps limit is now 144 and you can change the value through /settings and if that still doesn’t give you or allow you to go over 60fps then you have to manually edit a config file at
MTA San Andreas 1.5\MTA\config\coreconfig.xml
edit with notepad > find fps_limit or something along the lines with fps and set it to 0 > save > start the game

FPS drop solution
Ingame settings
- Use /settings > Minimum FPS set it on 0 and maximum on 61
- Lower blips distance ( /settings > Blip distance > Set it on 320 )
- Disable unnecessary graphics ( /settings > Graphics section )
MTA settings
- Lower your draw distance ( Esc > Settings > Video )
- Esc > Settings > Advanced > Set streaming memory on "Min"
- Lower your FX quality and set it on Medium and for sure you should lower resolution and set it on 848x480x32.
- MTA San Andreas > Mods > Deathmatch > Delete "resources" folder
GTA San Andreas
- Make sure you're not using any useless mods or you can simply get a clean install of GTA
- Set gtasa.exe priority to high
- Lower your GTA/MTA Graphics
- Use GTA SA shrinker
Also, Scan your PC with AntiVirus or any good program.

I think it looks like the problem is caused by your computer. I don't think there is a problem with the server. You can try to update your drivers. If the problem is on the computer, changing the settings on the server won't help you. If you haven't run a virus scan on your computer recently, I suggest you do. Also, I would like you to know that MTA is a game with optimization problems.
