Well I've been thinking...people have been "dueling" a lot lately just to have fun and try to see who's better.
What about a dueling system? This will be completely UN-ABUSABLE. I've laid out how this will work below:

  • Type /duel <name> <stake> (/duel [CIT]Steve 10k)
  • GUI pops up with check boxes for stuff like, "No explosives", "Fists only", etc. etc.
  • Make your rules, hit accept
  • <Something pops up telling them the rules selected.>
  • <player> has challenged you to a staked duel of <stake>. Type /duel accept or /duel reject.
  • If they accept then both players freeze in spot
  • Marker appears around them
  • Countdown from 10 appears on their screen
  • When it hits 0 they get unfrozen and start fighting
  • If it's a staked duel then the winner gets the stake
If they leave the marker, the duel ends.

If you type /duel <name> and you don't put a stake, it will say:
"<player> has challenged you to a duel. (No stake specified) Type /duel accept or /duel reject"

Might be able to add this to the crime table:
Code: [Select]
{ 38, "38", "Illegal Underground Fighting", 3 },

that "3" gives you the same amount of crime points as bribery, compared to "20" for murder.

This is the players own money, and the players use their own weapons. Nothing is gained out of this except a players reputation.

Would be a good idea to have. Lots of gang members duel to see whose better.

+1 i would use this, it would make 1v1's much more interesting and engaging

1+, but I think it should warps the duelits to another dimension so it will not being annoyed by another players

That might work, but what about the people that want to watch the fight?

Mmm, /specduel "name of one of the duelers" . And the spectator can see the duel like with mescaline drug

idea is good... but u missing the part where they gonna freeze because it couldn't be in same place where they standing, they should warp somewhere because this probably would work only in any distances.

No, it is possible cuz every duel could be in random dimension

That sounds awesome, +1. Will help a lot to those groups who level up by dueling.
