VF #2 kick points to modified data files and code 09050000 means that loader.dll is being modified by something on your PC, so you need to reinstall your MTA to restore it. However, if that doesn't work then most likely you got a virus on your PC, so I advise you to run a full virus/malware scan.

Once done reinstall your GTA (clean and unmodded version) and your MTA as well.

No updates for more than a week; however, you can do what Vampire suggested and see whether your issue persists.
