serial ban

hello I opened this post https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=385993.0 here (locked) cant reply back and nobody was able to help me return my old serial so I can play listen higher staff please.. the last time I played on my old serial was 1 year and more ago. here serial E569F6E0AD8B5A7C507B12B05CBA3CB4 (my old laptop) and I was never able to play or use anything at all for a year til my cousin gave me his old PC to use and I was so excited to play cit, therefore I had no hard disk and I had no much money to afford buying new hard disk so I bought a used one from computer shop 500 gb western digital and when I installed it I had issues with logging in to the game with someone having ban on the new serial with that hard and I had no thing to do but remove this hard and use my cousin's hard and the problem is still the same why no body can help me ? my old serial and account name were never punishment or banned before I'm clean player and not evading anything .. my

Where is the new serial? Is there any reason why your cousin serial got banned?

my cousin serial is not there at all when I removed the banned hard my serial was stuck the same its hard coded ban most probably by mta or something because I tried to read a lot on MTA forum related stuff and the answers were unsatisfied to other players but I dont evade ban or anything my old serial is clean... so even if put a new hard on the PC it will read the same banned serial for no reason I think I did a mistake buying a used hard disk from computer shop but that is all I afforded to buy with my money and I dont work so I buy new one

It is weird, you need to report this on mtasa forum. As CIT does not related with your ban.

after that go to MTA folder and find screenshots then click on it, you will see the picture there them upload it to somewhere else.

yes I found the screenshots folder and it says there the folder is empty no screenshots taken

You can connect to the server? Or you can't even enter it due to this ban..?

when I connect to the server I see ban screen and not login screen to type account name and password gui

Press F12. Then, press the F8 button and tell me what message comes after pressing F12

Or just screen it using your phone that'd be easier imo.
