It will help alot in events, especially duel tournaments, also it will encourage CEMs to host more kind of events. Positive

- Added 2 new event manager settings (/emset). S: Disables drugs. T: Whole map is like being in LV. (Arran + daddy)

FYI the bit about me denying this suggestion was because I wasn't denying this suggestion that actually has community support, but a privately made suggestion which I do not entertain.
