It is allowed but you need to choose a trustworthy person because If he donated for you and charged back. you will have full responsibility.

Sorry to double post but it says you get extra VIP if you donate at once, how much will you get if you donate 150 at once? In percentage and in terms of actual VIP hours.

20% bonus, so if
£100 - ((2000 x 10) * 1.2 = 24,000 hours) (1000 days)
then
£150 - ((2000 x 15) * 1.2 = 30,000 hours) (1250 days)

I thought you were supposed to receive 35k for 150 since 50 pounds is 11k VIP and 100 pounds is 24k VIP, how 30k?

Just do 2000 * 15 * 1.2 and you'd get 36,000.

200 GBP = (2000 x 20) * 1.2 = 48000 VIP Hours
