What do you mean actually, you can kill peds without even using weapons/shooting ? Explain more well please, and I can give you very accurate answer.

But fine I will make it easier to understand so bear with me:

do you see missions that peds provide to criminals? I mean the mission when peds order you to kill drug dealers/pimps?

Yeah that's it, I found a way to kill those drug dealers/pimps without shooting at them and they won't do anything to me while they should shoot me, is that considered exploiting?
