make sure you have used the correct resolution maybe the files have mixed up but I don't think so , it never happend to me or I never seen such thing try to add the default shader and make sure it only happens with the shader you designed in that way I can help you fixing the bugs , Send me a PM if you need more help .

Try to Download the original skin dff file and replace it with the one got using Txdworkshop I think that your dff file is not working properly.

Delete your current TXD workshop
download the latest version of TXD workshop from here:

Here is the default skin PNG of the skin from here ( ID 107 ) fam3: https://imgur.com/a/a4Fw6SY
After downloading latest version of TXD workshop, save your skin as PNG picture
Open TXD workshop > Open IMG > gta3 > type fam3.txd then replace the current skin with the skin that you want to put in. After that don't forget to click on Save TXD. When you finish saving, close your TXD workshop then open MTA and test your skin.
