Hello CIT community I want a simple explanation. I mentioned this account, but its color did not change to blue. Should I mention like this @Kha'Zix or like this @3210

You need to be Junior Community Member or more to mention users.

You must be JCM+ to mention someone.

If you are not JCM, you can mention someone using the following way:
