Hello there.
I'm here to suggest buffing MP5.
Last time that people use it, it was 2018-2019 era. It's passed 5 years and I believe it's time to buff it again so people actually playing it. I think none care about that gun all of these years, so I'm here to suggest a change.

mp5 can beat ak/m4 if aim is good believe me. The only problem with mp5 is switch delay, tho I am not going to vote now lets see what ppl say

The mp5 is my favourite gun irl but its sad to see its very underpowered compared to the uzis. Would love to see it buffed so it could come into the meta more rather than the tired running in circles uzi spam that dominates pvp these days.

the current MP5 is useless buffing this gun will make it useful and alive again,it need a little bit of buff because you can't beat vs ak/m4 we need to make all this guns fair,great idea im going Positive.

Exactly, a damage buff would make it so much overpowered imo.

the delay there is for a reason to avoid the desync the gun causes. basically on other's screen you'll see a player running in 1 place and shooting the gun, if I remember correctly that made the player get almost 0 dmg.

Welp, if that's true then there's no other way than buffing its damage.
My vote is Positive on buffing the MP5 hopefully it doesn't become overpowered in the near future. :tick:

Ah here we fixed the desync "thing" problem but on shotgun we can't.
FYI: This suggestion isn't created to make the gun abusable again. There is more ways that can could get a buff.

Mp5 is one of the weapons that can reach the other player even when they are running and this makes it kinda powerful. However, it is an actual fact that players do not use it at all so I believe that it needs to be empowered. I don't know how much the damage of this weapon should increase but it should not be a high amount. Buffing it a lot can make it get out of hand and an update would be needed again. I would like to see a bit of a boost to this weapon though. :tick:

Today I tried mp5 once again after a long time. Used it for 2-3hours and I noticed it can beat Ak/M4 easily in close range the only problem I faced was the switching, it takes time to aim and shooting ( Delay ) which make it a lil bit harder to beat someone if he started shooting first although nothing wrong with it's damage just switching made it you unwanted weapon
neutral maybe we can fix the delay after switching instead

Players do more damage with their fist.so Damn OP.

We need the old mp5 back. Its useless today. Hope to use old mp5 soon with old movement speed 🙂

Hello again sir , You just suggest to buff gun already is op.
#1 The damage MP5 damage is 29.9 almost same with ak 30.11.
#2 You move fast with MP5 .
#3 Players not using it cuz of their game play style ( not about gun it self not good ) .
#4 If you have issue with shotgun reload bug , you can report it and hope it solve.

That video shows nothing. You shoot from 1 metre without moving targets
MP5 accuracy is a mess,damage probably its okay. Also, there is the delay.
As I said. Players do more damage with fists than MP5.
We have overpowered uzi/tec and I believe MP5 should get a buff.
Players saying that we cant remove delay thing because its abusable. So, we dont want to remove that. As you mentioned the damage of the gun is decent. So, we could actually increase accuracy of the gun

I rarely see players use the MP5, I think its because of the delay. If we can remove the delay that would be more than enough since the dmg is pretty good. :tick:

I think the MP5 submachine gun needs a buff because sometimes I use it just for fun. Buffing it could also help new players who start with the MP5, making their journey easier. Positive vote :tick:

As others already mentioned, the damage itself is already okay. It just requires some extra practice compared to other guns like tec and uzi. I'm also positive towards removing the delay whenever we switch to mp5, which is one of the main reasons why most players don't use that weapon.

Please attempt to justify your votes with some kind of statistics or logic. saying "x is op" without any kind of justification is actually against discussion board guidelines.

As we can see, of all the guns the mp5 actually had the second least amount of kills, finishing only ahead of the colt handgun (which is a complete joke weapon). Every single other gun outperformed the Mp5 by a significant margin, the uzi doing so by 50% and the Tec-9 by almost 100%. To say the mp5 is OP is therefore either the height of ignorance or downright dishonestly. I would appreciate it if you would try to justify your responses.

In my opinion, mp5 is not even bad if you can aim with it, in fact the MP5 U mod is pretty op too. But regardless my vote is still :tick:

Mp5 is a powerful gun that deal a lot of damage if you know how to accuracy good, the gun itself doesn't need any buf because it is really good the only problem about it is the delay when switching from other gun to MP5 because some bug and as players love to use binds and keep switching guns that's why this gun isn't used frequently. I am neutral.

As an MP5-inclined player as of my IG affiliation tactical theme, I barely get a chance against Tec & Uzi users since they seem too overpowered compared to me throughout fights, meanwhile I'm not really a fan of messing up with my IG theme so as to get more advantage in fights unless I'm obliged to. I'd say this would definitely mean a lot and would absolutely balance the three of the SMGs without giving any advantages to any specific one. Definitely Supporting. :thumb:

Accuracy of the gun is really bad.
Damage is good.
Delay of the gun can't be removed because of desync (like Shotgun, it should add same thing on Shotgun too btw)
So, only accuracy could be increased a bit.

Negative, In my point of view and experience in combat with this gun, it deals too much damage, (From my point of view) if you know how to aim and get a good distance there's no chances of you dying at all, not to mention that if you face someone with better ping than yours will easily get you down. So I don't see an good point of buffing the weapon.

MP5 is currently powerful and can easily beat any tec/uzi user. Because mp5 is made for those who got good aim and all you have to do to beat a tec/uzi user its just stepping back while shooting, as someone who attend CnR/wars daily I can just say mp5 buff going to ruin tec/uzi users since its already happening nowdays. :cros:
Make some video of tec/uzi user and shoot him while stepping back and show us, if so I will change my opinion, I would like to say that every weapon got a tactical playstyle for example: "Tec/uzi" you need to go in circles and in random ways in order to take less damage from the opponent just exactly same as "MP5" It got its own playstyle.

MP5 is still proving its superiority. Increasing its damage makes it an indispensable weapon, which would be annoying as it would be preferred by everyone. Removing the delay after switching to MP5 would fix this issue. I feel obligated to give a Negative cause I am against increasing damage.

Its a powerful weapon if someone with a good tracking skill and aim has it but ye, the delay is a bit awful MP5 should be buffed :tick:

Never used MP5 since long time as it doesn't make much damage compared to the other weapons, you would barely see anyone using it as it was nerfed before, clearly supporting this. :tick:
