 When you want to get a low amount of VIP hours, you get like 28 and sell 24 that way you got 4 VIP Hours. Why do all this when a tweak change can make it simpler? I suggest the ability to buy 3+ VIP hours. The question may be : "Make it so you can buy +3 VIP Hours, Y/N".

Decreasing the requeriments to level up as Bus driver in a 60%, since it takes +600 hours to reach L10. By this decrease it'd get to 240-250 hours (Just like all jobs).

Decrease Fire Fighter promotion requirements by about 30%.

Make the criminal event limit be reduced from 40 to 30 as it causes much lag
