[+++] Adding a DM Arena in LS

Im totally supporting a new DM zone on LS to have a chance developing fighting skills and the place might be the Stadium on east LS near FFH hood since nothing there and its a dead zone nothing going there.

A great idea for the players to practice their skills using LS gamestyle (no nades, fast movement, rpgs) like what LV players do at their DM arena. I have seen the map yesterday and it was really amazing, it's far away from LS which is better for players who are always complaining about FPS drops due to many objects in LS. Positive

- Added a LS DM area in LS where gangsters can spend their time to kill each others. The entrance is in south-east LS. (Brian + Danzy + Happy + Arran)
