Title: How to use Halloween skins ?

Hello,
In recent days I have seen many players use the Halloween skins,But I didn't know how to use them ? (In-game)

Make sure you have vip first  , open /vipskin in game , there are quite a few skins there , you might have seen one of those.

Just do /vipskin and you will find Halloween  skins on the bottom of the list 'Make sure that you have VIP' if you have no VIP go to clothing shop, I know some people have told you that above, but I just want to let you know that there are some skins that are only for those who are DLs.

Some of them are available for players who have VIP hours, and other Halloween skins are for DL1+ like (Skeleton, Ghost GTA V)

There are skins for VIPs , skins for DLs , and skins for those who were online during the halloween events , so if some skins are missing for you , that means you weren't online during the event.
