- Added categories to F1 documentation questions list. (Arran + Coke)

Those with access, need to update some of the categories of questions. There is 'updatef1q NewQuestionTitleHere' for that. Also note that it looks like a mess for those with access to edit questions because we can see all translations. Most players won't see that mess.
