Error [CC23] Connection timed out

Hey, I just installed MTA today, got the version 1.6 and it doesn't work cus I didn't know it is a beta version, reinstalled the version 1.5.9 and I was smashing my mouse trying to connect in the server, what's wrong? It's an MTA problem or it's only in CIT server? Gonna be solved soon?

Everyone is getting this problem and efforts are being made to fix it as soon as possible. Just keep trying to connect, as there is currently no other alternative.

If CIT had been created before MTA, MTA would have been a server of CIT.

The first time, I had to try for atleast 30 times in a row, did a reconnect and tried again and it works fine. Yesterday I've tried 5 times only, and today only 3. No one really know what is happening, but if you keep trying, you will be able to connect.

Seems like it's not an issue anymore, as my first attempt to login was successful. If it's not fixed for you yet, nothing you can do other than continuously trying to connect and it'll let you in. I believe that there's no reason to keep this topic open; tho, feel free to PM me in case you got something to add.
