You can try the following solutions.

- Re-insert PCBTNS.TXD to your GTA San Andreas files.

- Download and run MTADiag (https://nightly.mtasa.com/files/MTADiag.zip), press N when asked to.

- If both didn't work just restore your original PCBTNS.TXD folder from here. (https://www.mediafire.com/file/tg73zb5w9hmr4o1/pcbtns.txd/file)

Shall I copy these folders in GTA > Molders folder ? @Pollux
No, just extract the files anywhere and run the .exe there, press N when they tell you to. You can run the exe without extracting too.

Did that, But the game still not working and gave me that (https://pilo.ovh/image/fPCO7)

Run it again and again until it gives you no error.
If it keeps giving you errors, reinstall the mods.
If reinstalling mods doesn't help then don't use that mod pack. If you need any original files to replace your modded files with tell me, I will post a download link for them.

Then it's just low quality mods, tell me modded files names so I can give you an original replacement. Just install another mod pack next time.

You can download whatever you need here: --- Will send it privately.

It's better to replace all the models folder with the original ones given in the link.
