agreed, since there's a spawn point when crims go out of the CE so, Positive.

Waltz:
I think this feature is the worse feature for CnR, a cop arrested me with 500 wl once, cuz I was waiting for CE. Axe is right here again and I am totally upvoting this one because this is just annoying to arrest with 500 wl for nothing, eh?

Positive, this should be added to in-game asap.

Arran:
- Arrest in 1 hit won't apply to CE safe zones. (Arran + Axe)
