[+++] Reducing the timer which makes ARs stop from 5 mins to 3

yes, when I play as a criminal, he says 5 minutes for CE, and arl stops, sometimes I can't get in because criminals are entering, it's hard when I'm running from the cops  :tick:

Good Idea , this idea will avoid time wasting inside CEs waiting to Join and cops can eazy kill crims with the current system , Positive .

Supporting this as 5 minutes is a lot of time and it gets boring when you have to wait for 5 minutes. Reducing it to 3 minutes is a very good option. :tick:

well a great idea that if you enter the CE you gonna just waste 5 minutes for nothing also cops can cracked outside the CE and hunt the High WL. positive :tick: :tick:
