Here is the thing I had previously voted no, but I will edit something. The tazer cooldown should be longer otherwise the current system is fair enough for me.

I could have denied this for containing materially incorrect information as the duration was not 30 seconds as stated. It was only 20. I have just reduced it from 20 to 15.

- Decreased the car taser duration from 20 to 15 seconds. (Arran + RX1 + CnR Council)
