Title: [IMPLEMENTED] Being able to craft parachute in /br

Sometimes when we drop in /br we land on high objects such as buildings, and then to get down you have to jump and you'll basically damage yourself and sometimes you even end up dying. If we can craft parachutes then we'll be able to land on the ground without dying so that we don't have to wait another 30 minutes to play again.

Just have very low fall damage unless you were hurt in the last 10 seconds? Shouldn't this be more practical

Changed to voting phase. Please vote if you think players should be able to craft a parachute inside /br.

If there's a limit of crafting only 1 parachute after you land, then it seems fine.
