Currently some jobs like bus driver and many others only have one skin. My idea is to allow players to be able to pick their own personal skin when they hit L10. It's a cool perk and adds more value to the achievement of hitting L10 in a job.
I don't see any disadvantages with being able to choose your own skin nor see any way how this is going to cause harm to the civilian side.
I agree that it shouldn't be applied to all jobs like space miner, medic, fire fighter, Buthcer ... etc. But apply it to the jobs that used to not have a skin job before.
Do not apply this for jobs that need to have their own skin. Space miner, medic, fire fighter and butcher as Jaguar says.

Skins have no affect on the gameplay :tick:

Why not, would give me some motivation to get my butt to do some civilian stuff. Positive.

nothing to say I'm totally go for positive :tick:

Bus Driver and Taxi skins are uhh... my least favorite and there is no alternative. :tick:
-
Positive. :tick:
Some jobs skins is not that good to play with.

Noice one :tick:

This is a great incentive for people to earn L10 in civilian jobs. This is especially relevant given that with paymultstats leveling up in jobs doesn't mean as much as it used to as your payment is reduced when you earn more anyways.

I'd not really hate to see this, L10 players must have been using their civilian occupation skins for hundreds of hours; they do deserve a rest from occupation formality, don't they? Upvoting.
-
It would be motivating for many players to reach L10 in many jobs
Positive :tick:
-
Adding a little bit of more value to reaching the highest level in a civilian job sounds really cool. This would make players want to reach level 10 a little bit more, in order to look different than the others so why not? :tick:
-
It's a good idea to be level 10 to stop the civilian's bonus percentage being reduced. :tick: :tick: :tick:

Most job skins are fine in my opinion but still, such feature would be cool to have considering all the effort u have to put in to reach L10. No harm in having it as well, I will go with a positive :tick:
-
no one will be harmed by this update,my vote is positive :tick:

If an employee works this hard to become an L10, he/she can be rewarded in this way. :tick:

:tick:

Doesnt sound bad at all imo :tick:

IMO it's good idea, so I'm go with Positive :tick:

I'm in favor of that suggestion. :tick:
-
good idea and it's useful L10 deserves it :tick:
-
Good suggestion, it'll motivate players to reach L10 in jobs so they can use their own skin :tick:

very good idea positive :tick:

Its simple and good :tick:
-
simple addition which is profitable to the player, these simple features are needed especially when the game gets stagnant anything to spice it up helps. :tick:

Good idea :tick:

I don't like this idea, I like seeing the unique job skins. Negative :cros:

Positive :ez:

In my opinion I do not think this feature is acceptable since the skins of the works are to use them, otherwise nobody would use the skins and only use personal skins I am negative :cros:
-
Getting L10 on some jobs isn't easy, and being able to choose a skin you'd like to use while working would be a great perk! Im positive! :tick:
-
Great idea , it will encourage players to hit L10 to give them more abilities Positive .
-
39 positive, 2 negative votes. Marked as High Priority.

I think it's a very sensible suggestion. Why wouldn't it be? Besides, it is not an easy thing to be L10 in any job. In this way, it can be a source of motivation to reach high levels in jobs. :tick:

Would encourage more players to reach L10 in different jobs. :tick:
-
I think it's a great idea why not, more skins positive :tick:
-
why not :tick:
-
It's goddamn annoying with 1 retarded skin using your own skin would be much better I'm going positive
-
yes :tick:
-
Sure, hitting L10 in any civilian job is hard, this + the additional 1m would motivate the players to reach L10 in any job. it would also make more sense to spend your money on personal skin(s). :tick:
-
Positive, creative.

I'd just like to respond further to this thread because I don't believe the valid point I raised has been addressed.
Personally I feel that unique job skins are quite fun and its nice to see each person in their own unique outfits for each job. I think if this system is implimented people will just use their custom skins and not the unique job skins. Who will be using the firefighter skin when people can use their personal skins instead? I think this will just reduce the skin diversity on display and I don't really see the benifit.
please respond to this.

It's not about unique skins; I would be fine if CIT or MTA were a game where we could change our outfit, but I usually don't enjoy playing civilian with the skins (which are actually different models). I want to play with my own player model with different outfit but that's not possible so I think this suggestion is a better alternative. Also, not everyone can use their own skin. To get to level 10 is not everyone's cup of tea. So I guess they deserve that treatment. In the end, it's their choice whether to play with their own skins or the job skin.

Nothing wrong with this, so why not, i'll be good because such jobs have some poor skins, so i'll be good have this added. :tick:

Makes sense, a reward for hustling your way to L10. :tick:

:tick:

:tick:

why not :tick:

:tick:

Some of civilian job skins is not really good IMO :tick:
-
I will vote yes for a simply reason, actually the reward of getting L10 in a job its just the achievements and the command /go X job, why not adding a better reward like using your personal skin for those who hard worked in the job. :tick:
-
This looks like a good idea :tick:

I have tried many times to change doing bus driver skin at level 10 ,impossible ,
What a great idea you did ,not only bus driver job ,delivery man job also etc ..
:tick: :tick: positive :tick:

I really like this idea!
So that 200 millions someone spends on a skin comes in handly. :tick:
-
It was fun when you were able to use any skin on a certain job, so I was really confused when I came back a month ago and saw some jobs have their own job skin now and it made it a little bit annoying. I surely support this suggestion. :tick:
-
I noticed that you did not specifically mention which occupations can use this feature. Because it is not possible for a space miner or medic to use ordinary clothing, and also for a butcher, etc.
@Metall

Nice one, there's a great incentive for people to stay working on that profession even after they reach L10 "To use their personal skin" Additionally, there is no harm for anyone, I am confident. :tick:

skins have no affect this is useful to me as civilian. :thumb:

I agree that it shouldn't be applied to all jobs like space miner, medic, fire fighter, Buthcer ... etc. But apply it to the jobs that used to not have a skin job before.

- You can now select 'Use personal skin' as a skin when using '/go JobName' for a civilian job. (Arran + Metall)
