Title: [+++][A] Able to change the Top Message Scale

My suggest is pretty simple which is to be able to change the top message scale

same as Kill message scale :

- Added 'Kill Message Scale' to '/settings' and made kill message text 30% smaller for 800 x 600 screen resolution. (Arran + FLACKO)

Because I notice that many players and im one of them use unscaled resolutions in the game because they find more better than default one and this effect in the way how the top message looks and you might have some issue trying to reading it, like as you see here:

Personally, most of the times these top messages couldn't appear properly and were unreadable so I ended up disabling them. If this setting you are suggesting helps me fix this issue I will definitely enable them again. :tick:

Same for me, I use lower resolutions so it's hard for me to read these top texts because of how small they're. :tick:

Since many players use low resolutions, they may encounter problems with the top messages becoming difficult to read and appearing distorted. It would be an ideal solution to be able to reduce the font size to make the messages more visible. Therefore, I anticipate that this feature would be in high demand among players if it was added. If players don't want to change their top message scales then they don't have to and this being implimented will not affect them at all. As for people that want this change, I think they can derive a great benefit from the change being implimented. For this reason I don't see why someone would vote negative on this suggestion.
