Ability to buy firetruck

Description: Obviously, im working as a cop. Based on my observation, cops can recover there job vehicle even they are not VIPs.How about civilians?  some vehicles are temporary and if your vehicle fall to the water, you cant even recover it.  So im here to suggest that being able to buy our job vehicles as a civilian + it can be recovered by Non-VIPs. + we can boost our vehicles for better transportation.

Sadly, I will only agree in adding this for Fire Fighter. All the other job vehicles can be found in the shops.
