[IMPLEMENTED] /sirens for L10 medic

I suggested this back in DS1 and it got accepted but never got added so I don't really know what happened.

Suggestion is simple. Add /sirens for L10 medics as currently you don't really get any perks for maxing out the job.

This is something simple and harmless.

Plus we can have cool looking ambulances :)

Doesn't matter if you cant see it. The community support this idea, so should you.

Medics are emergency workers just like cops are.

Doesn't seem to be time consuming for a developer, a small detail for medics who worked a lot to receive L10

Afaik, /sirens took a lot of time from Arran and ended up of being a waste of time because the feature was barely used. If your suggestion 'revives' this feature, then I'm positive.
