[+++] Changing the leveling requirements/unit of miner

Leveling up in Miner used to be at least an average job anyway. With the arrival of the new update it is now very difficult to see the Miner as almost +10% in /paymultstats. This job is one of the most difficult jobs to level up nowadays, I would even say the hardest. I believe that with the addition of this idea to the game, the problem will disappear. Positive

Sure... Due to the recent nerf players lost motivation playing as a Iron miner and the market lacks competition.. By decreasing the amounts required for a certain level might bring some competition back into the market..

Literally, it's hard now to get promotions, unlike before or in the old system.

Option 2 is tricky to do without messing up players' progression to the extent of no repair.

However lowering requirements is easier, L10 is now 1,250,000 grams, which should be ~65 to 70 hours to reach L10 to keep it consistent with other jobs.
