but what if I was wanted criminal and cops start chasing me and decided to escape to my CITyzone and when I be there I start kicking every cop? shouldn't that be a waste of time for cops?
idk I feel it can be abuse and you didn't state any ways to prevent that so idk

I agree, just like the bases when you get kicked from it you can't re-join it which actually makes sense, kicking someone from ur cityzone and still being able to re-enter is very annoying, It will reduce the troll from the toxic people who likes to disturb others' gameplay, Positive.

It would be better if it's like "/basekick" feature where the kicked players wouldn't be able to enter again for a duration of 10 minutes. Positive.

It's a good idea and it would be better to make it like a group base system, as when you kick someone out of your base the first time they will kick out of the base and the second time they join the base they get slapped/killed.

 If this is not a bug, I'm surely voting positive.

 Some players may troll you when you are designing, or they may not troll you but prevent you from finishing your design/work since they are standing in the area where you are adding/editing an object. The restriction must be 10 minutes or more. Additionally, the designer can specifically choose a number of minutes that this player will not enter the zone area within, such as "/cityzonekick name minutes" so he/she couldn't enter the zone for X number of minutes and this will prevent the players from trolling you while designing.
 Also, limiting the number of minutes you may put in is definitely vital, so you don't have to add a new command to give someone permission to join the zone after kicking him for years for joking or whatever.

That would be a good addition to CITyzone system and if it's gonna be like base system it would be helpful for owners
