Old Group & Official Group benefit

In order to try and balance it out and make it clear in turf wars that old/official groups have status, with the permission from some of the Head Staff, I have made it so old/official groups gain armor on death in LV only.

Gangs that are 9 months or older receive 50% armor on death in LV
Gangs that are 6-8 months receive 25% armor on death in LV
Groups that are LAW and over 9 months receive 25% armor on death ANYWHERE.
Time & Official does not stack. It is either one or the other.

YOUR GROUP MUST BE "ACTIVE" FOR 6+ MONTHS FOR THE BENEFITS!!!

This stacks with VIP however, so you can still get your benefit. So if you are VIP in a 9 month group, you gain 75% armor, and 50% for a 6 month

This makes people look at groups a different way. If a group wants this advantage, then there's only 4 things you need to do.
1. Be an old group WITHOUT deleting/recreating it
2. BEHAVE!
3. Have over 20 active members
4. Must have a subboard

The following groups currently have this advantage:

• NorthSideMafia [50%]
• CAMORRA [50%]
• HoBoS [50%]
• Fenix [50%]
• The_Street_Fighters [50%]
• New_Revolution [25%]
• FBI [25%] --Law group, spawns with armor ANYWHERE
  
• SWATTeam [25%] --Law group, spawns with armor ANYWHEREl
  
• ArmedForces [25%] --Law group, spawns with armor ANYWHERE
  
• SAPD [25%] --Law group, spawns with armor ANYWHERE
  

Notes about the armor

I can also restrict the armor from allowing certain people from spawning with it. So if a group is good, but 1 or 2 people in it aren't, I can ban them from using the armor.

Just because you are an old group does NOT mean you will receive this advantage. You have to PROVE YOURSELF WORTHY. You cannot be a group known for trolling, DMing outside of LV, mass recruiting, high ban members count, etc. You must be the IDEAL group to be awarded with advantages.

More groups will be added in the future! This is a TESTING PHASE and may or may not stay. Please do NOT post asking "why was my group not added".

Misc. Updates

• /batm was added. You can now type it to toggle ATM blips
• /qck & /qc <cmd> was added. /qck is the command you type so you can see all the different stats/quick commands to use. http://puu.sh/FFCF
  
• /bankbalance was added. You can type it anytime to see what you have in your bank.
• /re <msg> or /reply <msg> was added to quick reply to SMS's. [Arran added]
• Documentation updated accordingly with new commands
• Misc. bugs were fixed

If you have any suggestion on how to further improve the system, then please post it on the server development board.
Like it says in the main post, it is currently in testing phase to see how groups react.

This is an effort to better the group community and allow players to see that creating a good group actually IS worth it.

Good idea the server every day grows more, and I think it's a big update for server.
taking into consideration old groups who yearn to become someone in CIT.

This idea seems very good, in these times that we only see new clans, recruiting people randomly without any limit, or control, to conquer turf. They already have many benefits and have already made ​​enough money already.
