Parachute marker at c-villa/law farm

Lately I've been doing heaps of para-drop missions within the criminal community and we have to keep going to the airport or to craft one. Since there is already armour/medkit then there wouldn't be a big deal for a parachute marker (with the same price or % increase, whatever you see is appropriate) this is vice-versa too for law as well.

What about for Law Farm too?

As it's needed sometimes when there is training for law members and we need this because sometimes when we regroup there and need parachute, so yeah its better to get parachute there instead to craft them or go to airport or 24/7 shop.
