Vehicle Mod Issue

Not sure am I only one with this problem but when I quit the game/leave session and when I come back to the game Vehicle mods what I have enabled, have been automatically been disabled.. I didn't have this kind of problem before...

It's a random bug, I don't think it's fixable.
