New Hijack blip + message.

What is your suggestion?: Changing the hijack blip and adding a message.
Description of your suggestion and what it will improve?: 
- New blip on the screen.
- New alert message on the screen for criminals.
Prove that your suggestion is needed?:
- The current blip is the same as Van Heist. It's confusing and annoying.
- The alert message is helpful so you know the exact moment you need to open F11 to see where you have to go for the new hijack.

And the message would be;
"Hijack has been spawned, be the first to grab it!"

The blip should definitely be changed and the message should just stay the same.

Edit got told that there's currently no message, in the past there use to be so I'm not sure what happened.

Changed the blip. The reason why there is no message is simply because so few criminals actually care about the hijack mission it's pointless to spam everyones screen with it.
