[Resolved] Hiding owned vehicles in jail
« on: 18 03, 2012, 03:01:28 pm »
Sometimes when a cop arrests me with my own vehicle, he jails me then he plays with it :(
After my jail time, I warp to my vehicle and I find it damaged :'(
We need to use vehicle manager in the jail to hide our vehicles !
Or, it gots hided automaticly when the owner gets jailed !

I'm with this. I've seen many cops destroying vehicles of wanted players for trolling, they don't get wanted / AJ for it though.

I would vote up, But I won't unfortunately. Why, because this was suggested and Admin's had said that this could be abused badly. So if this was suggested before and got denied I vote: No.

I vote for yes. Even if it has been rejected, I do not see any possibility that it can be abused. If you're in jail, no one should be able to use your car - and you can't anyways so..

If the script is good say +1
If the script is bad say -1
Ok ?
And I think because you're from SWAT team (a lawyer), you like destroying criminals' vehicles :p

Hahaha nice theory, but as a matter of a  fact, I roam around any damage cause I fix it and then place outside the jail. Or maybe just leave it where I left it. If I was teribly angry I may have damaged it once or twice.

Anyway vote is +1

I know this has already been rejected before, nor see it as abused.

You used to be able to, but they took it out. Say if the vehicle is a helicopter, the criminal would just hide it in the air and they would both fall to their deaths, and then he would be freed. So most likely Arran wont put it back. Unless somehow you can script it to where you can hide it after you are actually in jail.

Just let the vehicle hide automatically when the guy is jailed; problem solved.

Could be made so your car gets hidden automatically if you get jailed?

That's even better. That would probably be the best solution.
