It is happening to me that the server is off, I have internet I can enter, to cit.gg everything but it does not let me enter the server I press and it does not enter

Try to restart your router.

Try to restart your router and ur PC if this didn't work then you probably must delete and re-download GTA and MTA(from their official site) from the beginning, keep in mind that you'll lose ur binds/mods/etc. Or you can try check if you you have the lastest verison of MTA or no go to settings > advanced > 'check for lastest updates'.

Try to connect to the server manually in MTA > Server browser and not on the cit.gg site. Probably not an internet related problem as you can obviously connect to the website. If the router restart still didn't solve the problem, try to update your MTA if it is outdated. If that still won't work, then it's the time to try reinstalling MTA.
