I have been part of the following ingame groups: [N-F](Night Furies), ~CG~(Crazy Gamers), Groove and Bikers.
I have been playing on the CIT MTA SA server since:  Almost 2 months(Was inactive for a month due to exams).
How many hours do you have playing on the server: 328+
How many hours on average do you play on the server a week: 30-50 Hours.
I may end up inactive because of real world commitments/duties: Not now, I'm a free bird for 1.2 years.
I am aware that I have to be active to perform my duties as a staff member: Yes.
I am aware that I will have to leave any ingame groups if staff: I will agree with this.
I am aware that I have to sacrifice a large portion of my play time to help out: Sure.

Paragraph or more describing yourself and why you want to be a member of CIT staff: Well, my real name is Vinayak. And I've been playing in CIT for more than 2 months. I've read the rules and also understood it. I applied not to enjoy Adminship. Just to help others when need, I play at GMT+5:30, where hardly any Admins are online. Almost all the players at that time will be disobeying the server rules. So I thought of making a try for Admin and get an opportunity to help others

Scenarios

I think somebody is cheating so I: Make sure first, Warn him, jail him, kick him and at last I will use the ban hammer.
A player is shouting for help in main chat so I: I'll warp to the player immediately and check what's going on and then make my decision.
A player insults me so I: Warn him and lastly mute him.
A player asks me to give them some money so I: I don't give them because I hard worked to earn it.
Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I: I report on forums.
I have found a bug which gives free money so I: I won't advertise in server to reduce abuse, next step I PM a Head Staff so I can prevent them abusing by it reading on forums.

I think somebody is cheating so I: Make sure he is hacking and then ban him.
A player asks me to give them some money so I: Mute him because asking for stuff (money, cars etc..) from admins is against the server rules.
A player insults me so I: (I guess there's nothing wrong with warning him, but this is what I would do) Mute him for either 1, 3 or 9 hours.
Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I: Call someone with banning rights (from IRC?).
