I think somebody is cheating so I: Take a video or a screenshot for prove it and is I think that he is completely cheating i should warn him and then if he is continuing I ban him.
A player is shouting for help in main chat so I: I said that first of all do not spam for help that’s why there’s a support chat and then I give him the help that he needs.
A player insults me so I: Warn him to don’t do it that is against the rules and if he continues I mute him for 1 or 2 minutes.
A player asks me to give them some money so I: Said that is against the rules to do it and if he need help there’s why are job for afford it.
Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I: I call the higher staff members and take an screenshot.
I have found a bug which gives free money so I: Report it on the mantis bug tracking.
