I upvote for this suggestion.But I would like to add one thing.
That is unable to give yourself to police if you are recently damaged.
Also you can jump from height to kill yourself and I guess you will be teleported to jail isn't ?
1. Good point though I think I already covered this when I said "You can't do this when cops are after you" which kinda means that when you are being shot by cops or when they are close to you it means they are after you.
2. No, if you kill yourself in water or by jumping it's suicide jail, and like "player quit" this will be "suicide arrest" and only when a cop is in a close radius you'll get jailed
