Ability for police team to spawn temporary custom respawn

The idea is actually good , but not in all cases , as for CEs and ARs , cops already crack the heck out of them , they the entrance of CEs and wait for cops to spawn out of the event , and in ARs a lot of groups gather and crack them most of the time.

The only case this would be helpful and fair is when a riot is going on , so I think this idea would only be good if there was a restriction to only allow its usage only when there there's a current riot placed by a CB.

EDIT : And also add a limited distance from the riot point so no one can abuse it near CEs and ARs while a riot is going on.

As if poor criminals don't outnumber cops 80% of the time.

This not right now. I see cops are cracking many times. You can make that only PCs can respawn it. So they use it when criminals crack or at the massive riots.

positive, as a cop I find it hard to go to some ars because they are far so sometimes  I don't bother myself by joining it this would increase activity in ARs like pcb for example and would give more options like having ARs/CEs in SF.

Added and if it's abused we can always tweak the conditions that make it show up on rapid transport / spawn list.
