I would like to explain in steps if the video is not understandable. These are the steps:
Download 'images' file
Go here: C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\MTA\cgui
Place the images folder then click on 'Move & Replace'
Re-Start MTA
You will see that your interface is installed.

I know it’s hard to get the video point, I made it on 2018 it’s also was my first recorded and it’s sucks.

this easy one https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=123122.0 and if you want to add it in game follow me first take any interface as you like and go MTA>MTA file>skins>and put your name or any file > open you file and put your interface in the file and go to MTA settings to add it in game
