Is it a glitch or something? Why all server houses are set to fixed cost 48 million "higher for some houses"? Even the houses that used to be purcahsed for 55.000$ are now for 48 million

I just bought 2 houses. Didn't face such problem First one costed ($50,000,000) and other costed ($7,000,000). Must be a coincidence or something happened wrong in your PC. anyways it's fine for me. try reconnecting

I just tested what you said, and I found in House Market houses starting from 90 millions and going down  from the script, so idk where you saw that problem but I tested and there is ok. Right now I found houses starting with 90 millions, and I checked after few hours and going down perfectly.

After the server restart, it gets decreased from 350M by 1M per minute till it reaches 90M, after that it decreases by 50k per minute. So because of the server restart, most of them share the same price.
