Title: CIT Connection Failed (CIT Radar\radar.luac)

Tried deleting all server's files ?

Delete CITplayersMisc file from C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\mods\deathmatch\resources, if it does not work, try checking your router, even if still does not work re-instal MTA and update the server again.
