Seems to be an interesting idea, rather than having the same gameplay all over again, having something like this will make it fun for both sides.

I don't think this criminal event will go the way you imagined it, it will be significantly harder for the cops than the criminals. As a criminal you can get your parachute and make a jump for it and land really far away, as a cop you would have to follow the criminal and see where he lands then go for him. I see this favoring the criminal side a little, so I'm negative.

Usually if there are no cops outside CEs criminals escape and if cops camp outside then it is challenging for criminals. I can mention several ways which can possibly result in favor of cops specifically in this case, but what makes you think parachuting will result favoring criminals I dont understand you can simply follow or snipe.

Criminals usually outnumber cops, so if they even have an easy way to escape such like that, it's like a piece of cake to head to the next CE will the cops will be confused like they're chasing rats that are scattering everywhere. I get that this may sound stupid but to understand my point of view, you'll have to test this event and see how much of a mess it will be. I don't think it's fun for cops as much as it is for criminals, that's all.

The location for SAB (or BR) needed change anyways as both the CE's were close together. And the Maze Bank tower seems to be a good replacement. The exit being on the roof is creative and not just the normal boring exit. Hopefully, more creative ideas to the current CE exits are brought forward soon as it makes post-CE's a lot more interesting.

Positive for this, since every other CE is almost the same, the gameplay gets kinda boring and repititive. I believe your idea is really creative and will make CnR more interesting than it is right now for sure

As we know SAB have a bad location for crims especially (talking for both sides) and if we can make this location equal for both everything will be better in my opinion. Frank got a really nice point for our pleasure, which means changing location is perfect idea. I am completely positive

This is a simple idea to make Los Santos Tower kinda useful, and I like the way criminals escaping.
