Yes but he got a point, Criminals with 1K WP inside CE gets APBed already cus if they went outside they'll just be directly killed since cops will be waiting for him, I'm all good with this suggestion anyway.

certainly should be added. You shouldn't have the APB setup for when you have high WL outside and maybe you're just camping inside a building or taking cover and making a hard time for the police to be able to push you and arrest you.

Yes, it is a necessary update. Several times I saw people close to being APB and not getting it because they were in the CE

I don't know whether it's more likely a bug? But nvm, I'm upvoting because I think it's fair to be APB inside an indoor.

Surely it needs to be add ig because if you are 1000 wl in interior you should go out and shoot someone or aim stores ped etc. and while cops camping outside I can say its impossible , crim side is already hard side and it makes harder this discussion will fix it definitely , I guess it will increase the activity positive too , Upvote

I agree with all the guys above, APBs inside CEs and ARs will force law side to be more active in those events.

since the new and latest changes with CnR, it's very rare to see someone get APB also it doesn't make sense not to be instantly APB once we reached 1000 WP, about the CE part I saw recently cops were camping outside and didn't participate the CE to hunt APB down and they took advantage with the setup outside while criminals inside CE so nobody interrupt or stop them. "make allowed being apb inside CE" so I just checked the script and there's nothing preventing APB from entering CE...
