Title: MTA error CD16

How to fix that, I tried to log-in at CIT and other servers but couldn't, I was only able only to log-in in national servers.

Already:

- Restarted Router
- Not a GTA problem.

unrecognized gta_sa.exe, some custom launchers may be dodgy by not letting MTA traffic through - please restore gta_sa.exe with default one or re-install GTA. Also, try to restart your router.

Did u try to update MTA?
Maybe here is problem
Also maybe have problem with GTA
otherwise you should be able to access any server

Main chat can only be used by players who have linked their forum account ('/linkforumaccount') and have a forum rank|
How to fix this problem  :|

If you already linked your forum account with /linkforumaccount, then go here (https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=344320.0) and request a NCM rank.
