HELLO AND WELCOME TO MY GUIDE
I'm not gonna say too much and i'll write straightly to the point. Okay, today I have decided to make a guide for people who're wondering how to record and edit videos, here I have the most easy and simple solution,

Just download Microsoft Expression Encoder, it records but does not save in real time, that results in no lag at all while screen recording game, it also has video editing. It can record and publish in full HD.
